Ray has a Diploma in Civil Engineering, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Building, a Green Star Accredited Professional and licensed Real Estate Agent with over 30 years of experience in the construction and property industry leading numerous projects to successful outcomes. Ray has previously worked with recognised industry leaders such as Built, Lipman, Mainbrace and Taylor Construction Group holding senior positions of Director, General Manager, Business Unit Manager, Construction Manager, Project Director, Design and Development Manager and Senior Project Manager gaining valuable experience at all levels of construction and development management. This experience has been gained on projects in most market sectors including high-rise construction from small scale to over $100m.
