Raymond Glavinovic
Managing Director & Founder
Ray holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Building, a Green Star Accredited Professional and licensed Real Estate Agent with over 40 years of experience in the construction and property industry. He has led numerous projects to successful outcomes, previously holding senior positions — Director, General Manager, Business Unit Manager, Construction Manager, Project Director, Design and Development Manager and Senior Project Manager — with industry leaders including Built, Lipman, Mainbrace and Taylor Construction Group.
This experience has been gained on projects in most market sectors, from fitout to high-rise construction from small scale to over $170M. Ray's breadth of commercial expertise enables DevCon to bring genuine leadership and problem-solving capability to every project.

Nick Vardakos
Senior Site Manager
Nick brings over 25 years of construction experience with extensive knowledge across all market sectors on projects up to $20M. A carpenter and joiner by trade, Nick is results-driven and renowned for delivering high-quality, defects-free handovers on time and within budget.
A key member of DevCon's safety committee, Nick leads by example on every site — placing safety, quality and client satisfaction at the forefront. His logistics management on difficult and complex sites consistently ensures not only end client satisfaction, but landlord satisfaction throughout the process.
