Privacy was paramount: acoustic performance across the floor was consultant-designed and independently tested to guarantee confidential client conversations. As a repeat client, Perpetual appointed DevCon to deliver its new front of house across 1,800m² at Level 18, Angel Place. The scope covered reception, a Chairman’s lounge, town hall, boardroom, client meeting rooms and commercial kitchen spaces, all to very high-end finishes.
Acoustic performance for privacy was the defining requirement of the floor. It was consultant-designed rather than assumed, then independently tested on completion to confirm the spaces performed as specified.
