One of DevCon's largest fitout programs: a $24M, 10,200m² workplace spanning five floors of Rialto Towers for Public Transport Victoria, delivered in conjunction with a $10.3M integrated base-building upgrade for the Grollo Group. The dual scope demanded critical program coordination across the tenant, landlord, consultants and multiple trades working concurrently. Rigorous staging and stakeholder management saw the entire program delivered on time across the occupied tower without compromising quality or safety.
The program brought two separate pieces of work under one delivery team: a $13.7M, 10,200m² fitout for the Victorian Department of Transport across Levels 3, 6, 7, 14 and 15 of Rialto Towers, and a $10.3M integrated base-building upgrade for the Grollo Group and St Martins.
Completing both together was a condition of the lease agreement, which set an unusually demanding program. DevCon collaborated with KHID, Aston Consulting and Philip Chu to keep design and documentation moving in step with staged construction, and that alignment was critical to the outcome for every stakeholder.
