Following Covid and the shift to hybrid working, HarperCollins consolidated two floors onto a single new 1,100m² floor. The high-end fitout includes a flexible Town Hall space for company-wide gatherings and a purpose-built Film Recording Studio shared with fellow tenant Sky News, requiring specialist acoustic treatment and integrated audio-visual services. The result supports a modern publishing business with a considered mix of collaborative, focus and event spaces under one roof.
HarperCollins had been spread across Levels 12 and 13. The brief was to bring both onto one new floor at Level 19, and 1,100m² of high-end fitout was built to absorb them.
Two spaces drove the technical scope: a Town Hall for company-wide gatherings, and a Film Recording Studio shared with fellow tenant Sky News. Both needed specialist acoustic treatment and integrated audio-visual services to sit alongside an open publishing floor.
