DevCon delivered Snowy Hydro's new head office corporate floor at Grosvenor Place, beginning with a full base-building strip-out before constructing a detailed front-of-house reception, a large boardroom and an all-hands town hall equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual services. The fitout balances high-end finishes with the acoustic and technical performance a national energy operator requires, and was completed on time and within budget despite current market pressures.
The floor was taken back to base building first, with the existing fitout demolished in full before construction started. From there the team built out a detailed reception area, a large boardroom and a town hall space fitted with state-of-the-art audio-visual services.
The finished floor is a professional, contemporary and welcoming workplace that reflects the Snowy Hydro brand and the way its people work today.
